RBA assisted a Surety company in completing this 5000 sf addition to an existing creative arts studio at the Thompson Park. RBA provided initial claim review and analysis, cost to complete estimates, and management of completion contracts. The project included new pottery kilns, ceramics studios, art galleries and work-shop space.
