• RBA assists the owner to establish the project scope, hire design professionals and manage their work
• RBA bids the work directly to subcontractors
• RBA manages the subcontractors to ensure timely and quality construction
• RBA is compensated directly by the owner on a fee basis

• The owner has the flexibility and opportunity to take advantage of cost savings or spend for more premium construction
• RBA and owner act as partners in the project — not the traditional contractor/owner relationship
